Today, the President welcomed all the members present and started the meeting. Later, he informed that during the financial year 2017-2018, allocation of Tk 2.75,920.00 (two lakh seventy five thousand nine hundred twenty) has been allocated in this Dhanapar union under the Rural Infrastructure Conservation (T.R.) General (2nd phase) program. It is necessary to undertake the project to implement the project through this allocation. Then after a lot of discussion at the meeting, the decision was taken with the consent of the present participants to accept the following written project.

01. Solar power panel installed at different places of Dhanpur Union: Chinakandi 8
       Street lights 04 (four) in the ward market, each with 60 watts; Md. Siddique Miah,
       Father Md. Safar Uddin, Sung East Rajnagar 3 wards at 30 watts, Md. Nurul Haque,
       Father Amjad Ali, Sang Dhanpur 1 Ward A 30 Wad, Abul Hossain, Father
       Rahim Box, Sung Muroyakhala 2 Ward A 30 Watt, Siddique Mia, Father Dead Sonam
       Uddin, Sanyu Islampur 1 ward no 20 watt ............................................................................ 2,75,920.00
